French Vanilla Affogato
The dessert side of coffee comes to life with the smokiness of French Roast coffee and espresso cooled with creamy, melting French Vanilla ice cream and a hint of hazelnut.
Ingredients
- Tully’s® French Roast (extra bold dark) 8 oz whole bean coffee
- Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
- French Vanilla Ice Cream 2 oz scoops
- Hazelnut Simple Syrup ½ fl oz
Preparation
- Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
- Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
- Add 2 scoops of French Vanilla ice cream
- Pour espresso over ice cream in cup
- Add hazelnut simple syrup
- Serve immediately
